I think if more people were aware of the ramifications of being on these platforms so much - they would spend their time a lot more wisely. This addictive use of one’s energy also bleeds into how they / we are with people as a collective and having addictive tendencies and skewed attachment styles to people/ places and things.

Most of us deal with sensory overload and being overstimulated by way of electronics, phones, TVs, WiFi, social media etc. We have to have awareness of it because these things are actually emitting frequencies that can actually give you anxiety amongst other things. These frequencies also affect the REM state & how frequently you dream and recall your dreams. Prepare your self to unplug. Prepare your self to just read a book sometimes. Prepare your self to be in solitude in nature more than you are on these electronics.

Its about the ability to transmute mentally as well. It all starts inside. So once were able to transmute our minds nothing can stop us from greatness family. We are called into the light of the Sun in Leo season. This is a reflection of how I’ve and we have been tested in different ways to rise to the occasion of being who we authentically are even in times when you would have normally acted different in the past.
