At the start of my business, what is coaching? Is this a scam? Is this ethical? If I'm a therapist, am I also allowed to coach? I spent like 900 years Googling and I really wish someone would have defined for me what coaching was and ALSO the difference between coaching and mentoring which will lead us into the second part of the episode. Whether you're a coach, an online service provider, a course provider, or you provide DFY services, you are going to have to use the skill of coaching and you're going to use the skill of mentoring, so I want to talk about both.
