The path forward is created and revealed through the work of individuation and intent. INTENT- The action of the shaman which is held consciously until it becomes part of the shaman and reality. By not being swayed by emotions or the filter of the personal self layer of reality, the shaman can gain mastery over the universal layer of reality. The shaman knows when to act now by instinct rather than mental functions. We could say that it is intent that create all of the realities in the unified field. In order to have real, deep unity as the whole self, including the darkness, we have to assume that everything is part of Self. When we get good at shadow stalking we may be focusing so much on the dark parts of self that we neglect renewal practices, or lightening the load of our painful past, with playfulness, hand making life, and authentic gratitude. Being able to identify what we can handle emotionally and physically is an important aspect of self awareness. We can expand our abilities to contain or be with challenges as we develop our skills with recapitulation and shadow integration.
