The last time I booked a one-way ticket was back in 2020, lockdown was looming, and I could not imagine spending winter in Manchester alone. Within 3 days I had given away 90% of my belongings, sorted visas, organised flights and I was on my way to Bali. I can not wait to share this transmission with you all and I really hope that this episode inspires you to remember who the F you are. We are not our environment, we are not defined by the limitations of a job or the amount in our bank account - we are limitless and the universe responds big time when we own our power. In this episode, I talk about those moments when I've allowed myself to forget who I am. In 2022 I took huge leaps, I invested big and at the time it was all a full body yes but I now realise I was giving my power away. It was all coming from a place of not feeling enough but I had to go on that journey in order to be the person I am today. It’s all perfect! This week's episode is full of laughter and is definitely medicine for the soul. Comedian, physic and transformational mentor, Kyle Lipton's mission on earth is to reveal the big cosmic joke. Kyle shares a powerful message whilst bringing laughter and lightness to a topic which can often feel heavy and dense, describing himself as a supernatural mentor bridging the gap between practical and mystical. Kyle loves to bring comedy to the world of spirituality, making the topic easy to digest for everyone. Voted class clown in his yearbook at school, he is super curious and has spent years checking out the many different paths of spirituality. He talks about jumping from one matrix to the other and settling somewhere in the middle. Anyone who has spent time on personal development and delved into the world of spirituality will know it’s easy to get very deep and serious, but the point of healing, in most people’s case, is to experience more child-like joy in their lives, not more seriousness! What’s the point if we can’t laugh? It’s not about digging deep to be more spiritually superior, it’s about feeling more joyful. Sometimes we think to be spiritual we need to adopt a certain type of identity - always being conscious and looking or sounding a certain way. Kyle reminds us that spirituality is oneness and everything is spiritual, whether we’re wearing our boss bitch heels and sipping champagne or we’re wearing white and taking part in a sister circle. We don’t need it to look a certain way to be spiritual or enough. Kyle is a true Soul Digger, and like myself, enjoys dancing in both worlds. He suggests listening to the little things, slowing down, tuning in and trusting your first thought. By doing this Kyle has experienced the magic of miracles. Listening to his intuition, he booked a one-way ticket to Europe, even though he had just a few dollars to his name, this led to the most transformational trip of his life. When you trust your soul, you’ll never be led astray and ultimately you'll attract more abundance into your life. Kyle goes on to share some tips on having the confidence to be truly soul-expressed - there is someone out there who needs to hear what you have to say, don’t choose your insecurity over your impact on the world. Soul Diggers! I said, “I do!” Fresh off my honeymoon, in this episode I share all about my self-love marriage ceremony and what an amazing impact it has had on me. It was a profound experience! Let’s rewind for a second - in the past, I was a classic people pleaser and in previous relationships, I’ve given too much of myself. There was a fear of not being loved - but why did I need people to love me? Because I didn’t love myself fully!! I now feel grateful for my past relationships and even grateful for the pain that I felt when those relationships broke down. The universe is so clever, isn’t it? It’s almost like when I start to abandon myself or get lost in a relationship, it strips me of the things that I thought I knew, and continually reminds me to “come back to self.” I previously felt that having a self-love marriage ceremony wasn’t for me. I thought it meant that I would be confusing the universe in some way or that I wasn’t really calling in my partner, but on my 39th birthday I felt inspired to fully commit to myself. I made a deep commitment in front of my soul sisters and vowed to fully accept and love myself unconditionally. I allowed myself to surrender and fully see what the universe had been showing me all along - I am the one! Wow, have I felt some shifts! I share all about the ceremony and how magical it was to be witnessed by so many of my sisters. Friends that I hadn’t seen for years, who just happened to be in Bali and available at the right time! I talk about how it felt difficult to receive the huge amount of love that was being given to me, (can anyone resonate?) but I surrendered and allowed myself to receive the magic. I know that the more love I receive, the more love I can give, and the more impact I can have. It’s a memory that will be etched into my soul forever. So Soul Diggers, I invite you to be an embodiment of your own desires. When you fully love yourself nobody else can add or take away from how you feel - you are already whole. You don’t need a marriage ceremony just a simple ritual, maybe on a full or new moon. Write down your vows to yourself, read them every morning and really feel them in your body. Keep digging into your soul - that is where the answers are.
