Welcome to episode #167 of The COD Casuals, where we discuss all things Call of Duty, casual and professional! In this episode, we cover the past week of double xp in MWIII, and how we took full advantage of this time to grind out levels to make this season much easier on us. We are nearly max level with over a month left of the season, and this will give us plenty of time for ranked and other game modes. Along with this, somenews has dropped regarding COD Gulf War, and we couldn’t be more excited for this game in 2024. We also share some thoughts on it’s competitor, xDefiant, and how it will fit into the space with its release, as we got another taste of it with an open beta this past weekend. Finally, big news has come out regarding the CDL, and the potential for teams to be entering in the franchise in future years with these big changes. We cover the debate that has been circling this topic, and share our thoughts on what we think is best for the CDL and the fans. Welcome to episode #160 of The COD Casuals, where we discuss all things Call of Duty, casual and professional! In this episode, we have a few updates that have made the quality of life much better in ranked play, as well as a couple of new additions with season 2 reloaded. One big fix was the cruise missile finally working properly in the game, and now being a useful tool in ranked. This fix came shortly before the release of season 2 reloaded, which brought some changes to zombies, as well as a new reimagined map, Das Haus, making its return from Vanguard. We discuss these additions, as well as news of Warzone Mobile making it’s debut in the near future. Will this be another evolution of COD Mobile, or will it be a new stand alone title that makes COD even bigger? What do you think about season 2 reloaded? Welcome to episode #159 of The COD Casuals, where we discuss all things Call of Duty, casual and professional! In this episode, we have some big topics on our minds. Firstly, we experienced a major issue in COD where the servers were down for quite some time, and no reasoning was given for this. Lots of people were left wondering why and how they could let this happen, and of course if it’ll happen again. With this, there was also a glitch with the cruise missile that became apparent, where it was completely broken. Now this has been fixed thankfully, but it took far too long in our opinion to get resolved. Along with this, some talk has resurfaced regarding the Ricochet anticheat, and its overall effectiveness. We share some thoughts on this, along with some updates on our experience on the way. What are your thoughts on the COD server shut down that we experienced? Do you think we will see something like this again, and is it scary that a huge company could let something like that happen? In this episode, we have lots of big news surrounding COD, with a big lawsuit that has come down on Activision Blizzard and Call of Duty coming from two of the biggest names in COD.
