She dives into non-contingent reinforcement, differential reinforcement, and providing sufficient practice when teaching alternative behaviors. Dr. Billie Retzlaff received her master's degree in psychology with an emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of North Carolina Wilmington and her doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
