Queen of Tears was a highly anticipated drama with an excellent cast, a well-known writer, and beautiful music. The main couple had strong chemistry but failed to give the viewers the scenes that were deserved. This drama had the potential to shine, but it fell short. …. It was one of the healthiest and biggest green flag dramas that has come out recently. Word of Advice: Don't marry Ji-Won's husband. ... Maddie, Elle and Christina have a lot of thoughts about Marry My Husband. Were they hooked on the first 11 episodes? Yes. Were they frustrated with episodes 11 - 16? Also, yes. .... The ladies talk about how Min-Hwan and Su-Min stole the show and how they were team "first villians" when Ji-Hyeok's ex-fiance entered the picture. (Why, just why?). They are still bitter that Ji-Hyeok pushed Ji-Won OUT OF HIS HOUSE right after they kissed and felt like it was hard for him to redeem himself after that. They discuss how the story shifted in a direction that didn't seem necessary, how Ji-Won's character drastically changed, and how this show could have been 12 episodes. Period. ... Best part? THE TIME HAS COME. Maddie has FINALLY finished Reply 1988 so this review could actually happen. ... (Christina honestly didn't think this day would come due to previous events - A.K.A. Maddie never finishing Suspicious Partner.) .... Reply 1988's ending decisions have left Maddie and Christina with a sour taste in their mouths because of LIPS and his outcome (JUSTICE FOR LIPS IYKYK). Besides that, this memorable drama continues to remain a top contender and has left a lasting impression on many KDrama watchers for all the right reasons.
