The Yona Podcast

We are finally back with our final episode! Until the end of the series, that is. We're talking about everything post-palace. As I mention in the beginning of the episode, wait to listen to this one if you're avoiding spoilers or anything not officially translated! **Please note that this episode is not fully edited. Frankly, my dad has been on a slow decline since the beginning of the year and is probably not going to make it much longer so I don't know when I'll have the time or energy to edit anytime soon. I didn't want to come back to this after a year, though, so I'm releasing it now. I apologize for any long pauses, awkward lulls where we try to figure out what to discuss next, or audio level issues. Is this arc good? Unclear! Is it better than you probably remember it being? Almost definitely! This week, we're diving into the first half-ish of the Palace Arc. That's right, Hak admits he loves Yona to her face, but not before she tries to send him away to be with the people he "really wants to be with" (the Wind Tribe and his fiancee???). So Mizari dies. Apparently he succumbs to his wounds but I did not get that either time I've read this section, so do with that what you will. In other news, Kouren is very much still kickin' it. She manages to get to Soo-Won and they have peace talks. You know who's not interested in peace? Kye-Sook. He thinks Yona's a threat (he's right).
