Danette did it! On June 5th she won the prestigious title and was crowned Mrs. Colorado 2021. After her severe burn injury as a child, Danette believed her dream to be a pageant queen was shattered forever. With many decades of healing, she is now Beauty From Ashes! She experienced a spiritual push to compete in the Mrs. Colorado pageant in 2018 and has been learning so much about the sport of pageantry competing in 2019, 2020 and 2021. Danette is now our Beauty From Ashes Queen.
