Rebroadcast Of The Spiritual Moment Of The Day By Apostle Gino Jennings 😇

12/1/2023
Psalm 23 King James Version 23 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. 2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. 3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. 4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. 5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. 6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/Teddy-G/support

Jean knight dies at the age of 80 (Mr. Big Stuff )😥

12/1/2023
Mr. Big Stuff' singer Jean Knight has died at age 80 😥 Jean Knight, the soul singer best known for the song "Mr. Big Stuff," died last week at 80. New Orleans singer Jean Knight only scored one No. 1 hit on the Billboard soul singles chart, but what a hit it was. "Mr. Big Stuff" was a funky, sweeping indictment of men who are too big for their britches. It was Jean Knight's first and only big hit for the Memphis powerhouse label Stax Records. And with the success of "Mr. Big Stuff," Jean Knight became Stax's top selling female artist. The single went double platinum and earned Knight a Grammy nomination. All this was a long way from her day job of working as a baker as she shopped herself around as a vocalist. Jean Knight never quite caught the charts or pop culture interests the same way after "Mr. Big Stuff," but the song endured. Hip-hop came to rediscover it through Heavy D's 1987 version. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/Teddy-G/support

White Detroit Cop Found Guilty Of Assaulting Black Police officer👮

11/7/2023
White Detroit cop found guilty of assault of Black police officer👮 A Black veteran Detroit police officer accused a younger white officer of racial profiling in 2019. Now three years later, that younger officer has been found guilty of assault. "We the jury in the above-entitled action, find the defendant Thomas Michael Joseph Jones guilty," said the jury foreman. A jury convicted a Detroit cop of assaulting Officer Christopher Williams in a case that made national headlines, embarrassed the Detroit Police Department, and humiliated an 18-year veteran of the force. "I’ll be able to get some sleep now after all this time, so it’s a good thing," said Williams. It was a little more than three years ago when Officer Tom Jones, a white man, chased Williams down, shoved him into a fence, and forcefully handcuffed him at the department’s training center where roughly 100 plainclothes cops were logging hours to meet yearly training standards. Jones saw Williams with a large amount of cash on his person in the bathroom of the training center and suspected of him wrong-doing. "For him to work the street, what would he do to my grandmother, to my mother," Williams said. "I hope he wouldn’t put them in cuffs for having money on them." "The element of race doesn't escape me either," said attorney Todd Perkins. "That this white officer saw fit to tell this Black man, that you’re not supposed to have this kind of money on you." --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/Teddy-G/support

Vicki Dillard interviews Doctor Claude Anderson💥

11/3/2023
Lift Every Voice: Claud Anderson 😃 Dr. Claud Anderson is a visionary and the president of “Powernomics”, a business model that focuses on the empowerment and economic self-sufficiency of African Americans. As an entrepreneur, Anderson built Waterland Fisheries Inc., the largest seafood producing facility in Maryland. Anderson is also a motivational speaker and author. Executing immigration policies without mitigating the negative impact that those polices might have on Native Black Americans is illegal, unconstitutional and immoral. The 13th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, enacted at the end of the 1860s Civil War, mandated that Black people be treated in all manners similar to Whites. Since then, six succeeding generations of immigrants have been fast tracked into full American Dream membership and have received socio-economic benefits over Black Americans, the nation’s official underclass and the most vulnerable citizens in the nation. 😮 --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/Teddy-G/support

1st John chapter 2 verse 15-17 15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. 17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever. & Levitica chapter 18 verse 22-23 22 Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination. 23 Neither shalt thou lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith: neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie down thereto: it is confusion. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/Teddy-G/support

2 Mississippi Black Men Torture By Law Enforcement.👮

8/31/2023
How 6 Mississippi officers tried to cover up their torture of 2 Black men.👮😡 Men who had sworn an oath to protect and serve were huddled on the back porch of a Mississippi home as Michael Corey Jenkins lay on the floor, blood gushing from his mutilated tongue where one of the police officers shoved a gun in his mouth and pulled the trigger. As Jenkins writhed in pain, the six white officers devised a scheme to cover up dozens of stunning acts of brutality that they had just carried out during 90 minutes of terror against Jenkins and a second Black victim. The officers planted drugs. They stole surveillance footage from the house. They tried to dispose of other evidence. They agreed on a set of lies that would further upend their victims’ lives. Careful to avoid security cameras at the house, they burst in without a warrant, starting the physical, sexual and psychological abuse. They handcuffed Jenkins and his friend Eddie Terrell Parker and poured milk, alcohol and chocolate syrup over their faces. They forced them to strip naked and shower together to conceal the mess. They mocked the victims with racial slurs. They shocked them with stun guns. The officers had meant to torture the men without leaving physical scars. But one shot Jenkins in the mouth. Miraculously, Jenkins survived. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/Teddy-G/support

Legendary Singer Tina Turner Has Died At The Age 83 😥

7/27/2023
Tina Turner, ‘Queen of Rock ‘n’ Roll’ whose triumphant career made her world-famous, dies at 83 😥👑 Tina Turner, the unstoppable singer and stage performer who teamed with husband Ike Turner for a dynamic run of hit records and live shows in the 1960s and ‘70s and survived her horrifying marriage to triumph in middle age with the chart-topping “What’s Love Got to Do With It,” has died at 83. Turner died Wednesday, after a long illness in her home in Küsnacht near Zurich, according to her manager. She became a Swiss citizen a decade ago. Few stars traveled so far — she was born Anna Mae Bullock in a segregated Tennessee hospital and spent her latter years on a 260,000 square foot estate on Lake Zurich — and overcame so much. Physically battered, emotionally devastated and financially ruined by her 20-year relationship with Ike Turner, she became a superstar on her own in her 40s, at a time when most of her peers were on their way down, and remained a top concert draw for years after. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/Teddy-G/support

Five former Memphis Officers Plead not guilty in the murder of Tyre Nichols

5/1/2023
Five fired Memphis police officers were charged Thursday with second-degree murder and other crimes in the arrest and death of Tyre Nichols, a Black motorist who died three days after a confrontation with the officers during a traffic stop. Shelby County Sheriff's Office online records show that Tadarrius Bean, Demetrius Haley, Desmond Mills Jr., Emmitt Martin III and Justin Smith were in custody. All five are charged with second-degree murder, aggravated assault, aggravated kidnapping, official misconduct and official oppression.
