What is meant by Technology and Infrastructure? Digital means Smart. What does Smart mean? Why do we need a plan? Why can't we just add features to what we have?

We received great participation in the Strategic Planning Brainstorming survey to envision RPP five to ten years in the future. The response was excellent with 467 ideas submitted.
