He now works at Laing O’Rourke. Kevin talks about his journey with mental health and how for a long time he didn’t understand how it can impact you if you aren’t looking after yourself. After loosing his father 5 years ago Kevin mental health started to deteriorate because of the grief he felt. Kevin reached out and got the support from his employer and now he is a mental health champion for the company. Kevin is a prime example, of how making a few changes in your life can have a big positive impact on it. In this months episode Rob sits down with Natalie Ashcroft. Rob and Nat met back in June and have been chatting ever since. Natalie has worked for #travisperkins for 19 years but has recently changed her job role.
