On the 19th of November 1992, 2 little boys aged 6 and 4, knocked on the door of a lone house near to Cobb County, Georgia. Chillingly, in the early hours of new years day, when Rachel was leaving her mum and dad’s house, Wanda had gone after her, asking her not to go alone. While out with her, she had noticed that man not too far in the distance, who would have been able to hear their conversation. As he did so, he noticed an object outside of the car. He stopped and got out… as he made his way towards the object laying in the overgrown grassy area. He stared in horror as he realised he was looking at the burnt, ashy body of a human being. He got straight back into his car to call 911 and waited for the authorities to arrive. Detectives found a rolled up carpet next to the body and a used coffee creamer container. More rubbish nearby but the container stood out because it looked pretty new, so it took their attention.
