What's up, tribe! Are you curious about cannabis and how you could start to build a new relationship with it? I'm sharing my experience attending a cannabis and breathwork ceremony, and how it changed my relationship with weed. This ceremony was an amazing experience and it opened my eyes to the many benefits of cannabis. Hello Tribe, this is my story of what happened when I retired from the stage and how it all began to unravel for me. Leaving bodybuilding was one of the hardest things I have ever done. Still to this day it's hard but I have found a massive amount of peace with it. And finally now, 5-6 years later I am ready to talk about it without being emotionally charged. Now by releasing this, I don't want to demonize the sport, the sponsors, or the industry... but this is what happened and this is my story. I will forever be grateful for bodybuilding and it will be forever my first love and best teacher. It's the very foundation I stand on now. In this episode, Glenn and I talk about the brave pivot he took in a few areas in life to find more happiness. This is an episode I think so many will be able to relate to. This episode is about my journey to sit with ayahuasca and peyote in ceremony. Get ready for a big story time...
