In this episode, We talk Blood Family. I notice that the "spiritual path" focuses a lot on "soul family" but I'm here to bring it back to the roots. A path that talks so much about "the work" but THIS is the real work. Taking everything we've done and experienced on this spiritual path, all the tools we've found on our medicine walk, and bringing it back to our roots. To heal within the childhood wounds, The mother wound, the father wound, to heal with the siblings we thought would never ever understand us. We talk so much about rising as a collective yet so many us our people are stuck and they NEED us. This is my story, and I share to hold space through my humility, my lessons learned, in hopes to hold the space you need through this transmission. LIGHT LANGUAGE The Language of light, The universal language we ALL share. The language of protection, The language that opens our channel. The language that heals. The language that open creative doorways, awakens gifts. The language that also shines light upon the shadow, And as we know, shadow can awaken the fear. There are so many trends formed from Veganism, but there has been so many times in our lives that we listen to what everyone else tells us to do, or do what everyone else is doing, but to truly nourish our cells, we must pay close attention to our bodies responses to the food we are eating. Listening to your body and the earth is the only true way to know how to eat in the ways in which our bodies need us, to be in our highest levels of optimal health. A living legend and someone I love to witness, who gained his fame from a video taht went viral of him expressing himself on the streets of New York in a rainbow leotard. His expression is unlink any other, as he hops around the world sharing his heart with all in the weirdest and funniest way! I wanted to have Matthew on here mainly to connect, and give this amazing human the opportunity to just be, where he doesn't have to perform, he can just be in his natural human form to share in beautiful conversation.
