Well well well Courtney and I became connected through social media that led to meeting at Twisted Foods, the entire business crumbled in my hands and Courtney left me! We had such hate in our heart for each other and our entire friendship shattered, as bad as you can imagine- that's how to describe it. You know those relationships you end up never speaking? You would never go out of your way to make it right? Yes, that's where I was and the way back WAS HARD! But WE DID IT! You want to know how true friendship is? What I have gone through in life most days brings me to my knees in how I am in situations, wanting to settle down and most importantly with the love of my life, Twisted Dough. I hate living in fear, sadness and pain but it also is so humbling. It is pinch worthy that I know I am alive for sure. If you need a place to just hear raw emotional thoughts and feelings, I invite you into this podcast where I am overwhelmingly taken by both and just want to make it in this world. We live truly all stressed out, money tight and barely afloat because some other something is happening in life. When is enough enough? When will the fear and anxiety go away? Will I truly experience full happiness in life at the age of 34?

Don't we all know we wake up daily and say something negative to ourselves? We start in chaos, get upset or even just negative about having to go into work for the day!? Yes, we are RIGHT there with you too, but the difference is we are teaching ourselves positivity and putting it into our daily practice together by having MANY conversations and tabling the ones which cause us stress and chaos.
