In trying to figure out what is happening, he encounters Joe and his parents, who of course don't know him as an adult. Careful not to reveal enough to destroy the timeline, Barry looks for anyone that can help. That's when he runs into Reverse Flash. But it wasn't Thawne that pulled him back. "It's My Party and I'll Die If I Want To" As Barry celebrates a surprise 30th birthday party, Bloodwork returns to sabotage everything, and use Wally to infect the entire multiverse with his abilities. It looks like he will have the upper hand, until Barry dies and encounters Oliver Queen. Oliver is still the Spectre, and can only return to Earth when the multiverse is in crisis. This definitely counts. The Flash and Arrow will team up again to save everyone, but will they be in time. "Partners in Time" A stolen time magnet leads to Barry and Iris getting trapped in the speed lab with a group of inspectors. Not only do they keep looping back to the same room, but historical objects keep appearing at random. Only after they learn that one of the inspectors is Lady Chronos, do they figure out how to break the cycle, but they'll have to let her escape to do it. Dreamer visits Central City after having a dream about losing her powers and getting a warning from Iris. But they both get trapped inside their dreams and the clock is ticking. Iris will have to work through her issues that her destiny is controlling her. And speaking of controlling, Mark is trying to control Khione to make her what Frost used to be, only to realize that they are truly different people. "The Good, The Bad and The Lucky" get to team up this week. Becky Sharpe, aka Hazard, is alive and still lucky, that is, until she gets engaged. When she gets arrested for attacking her fiancé, Cecile will have to put her family plans on hold to help her out. But Becky's bad luck seems to be hard on Cecile and Allegra too. Behind the "Mask of the Red Death" (p2) is a very angry woman. The out-of-time Ryan Wilder decides to punish Central City by donning out justice in her own way. With her Rogues, she takes over the police station. Then she broadcasts sentinels around the world using the powers of Grodd, who she has convinced to help her. Barry and his new team go to rescue Mark, but it turns out to be a trap and Red Death takes away the rest of his speed. Now, the only way for them to stop her reign of terror is to talk to Grodd and change his mind. Luckily, they may get a little surprise help from Gotham to finally wrap up this fight. Who's behind the "Mask of the Red Death" (p1)? After luring Flash right to her, Red Death kidnaps him. Chillblaine builds the cosmic treadmill, but they need Flash's speed to power it. With all the power out in Central City, the team can't track Barry. So they call in his new Rogue team to help. Hopefully they can get to him before Red Death gets her way, but she is going to use Iris as incentive. The Fiddler wants his gauntlets for some hazardous purposes and he'll need Barry's help to stop her. And we are finally introduced to the newest Snow sister. She is here as the result of Caitlin's attempt to get Frost back. Unfortunately it looks like it killed Caitlin. Mark says they can bring both back with the help of STAR Labs. And they both lived "Wednesday Ever After". It sounds like a romantic fairy tale. Barry thinks he has the future figured out for both himself and Iris. In "Negative Part 1" we get the makings of an epic Flash story that sees everyone on the team get involved. After Iris shows up in 2049, Joan Garrick determines that the negative tachyons are giving Iris her time sickness. And it's all connected to the negative forces adjusting the timeline by taking care of some Thawnes. They kill the one locked up in ARGUS, and it seems that they've set their sights on Eobard, BF to Meena. Flash gathers the whole team to hold them off until he can stop them, but plans go drastically awry as the forces turn the tide by killing a beloved friend and bringing back a deadly enemy. Beware "The Man in the Yellow Tie" As Barry tries to help Dr. Meena Dhawan learn more about her speed, he discovers that the person that has been helping her is none other than Eobard Thawne! But this Thawned, with the original face, claims to know nothing about being an evil speedster. Barry isn't convinced, especially after talking to the Thawne at Lian Yu with Wells's face. And it turns out some of his concerns were warranted when Dhawan absorbs too much negative speed force, which corrupts her. "Keep it Dark" if you don't want people to know who you are. Lydia, her source from an old news story, wants to skip town because her old gang, the Arañas, is trying to recruit her to come back. Fearing for her life, she asks for Allegra's help. But Allegra wants to use Lydia to expose the dangerous gang, now being led by Sunshine and Dr. Light. But before they can break the story, both women, Chester, and Citizen reporters get trapped in the office with no hope of escape unless Allegra reveals her meta powers. Meanwhile Flash tries to track down a new speedster in town by asking an imprisoned Eobard Thawne some questions.
