#31 - A Review of the 4 x 4 x 48

Tom and Luke just completed the 4 x 4 x 48 challenge where they ran 4 Miles (6.4km) every 4 hours for 48 hours, completing 76.8km of running in total. It was a mental and physical challenge at various times over the weekend but they made it.
