Chiena is a Certified Personal Trainer and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome advocate. She has spent much of her life struggling with PCOS, and after years of research and experimentation, has learned how to overcome PCOS symptoms completely naturally and wants to help other women achieve the same liberation.
