Rome Inside Out

Arts & Culture Podcasts

Finally, the city of Rome's own podcast Roma Oltre le Mura has got an English sibling: Rome Inside Out. Here, architects Marta Giovannetti and Erik Ingvert, who also make Roma Oltre le Mura, talk about Italy's mythical capital outside the tourist routes. This is the podcast for you who love Italy, history, design, architecture, film, and food. We encounter typical Roman characters, places and phenomena mixed with historical facts, current events, and personal anecdotes. The city's architecture and the "new, slightly cooler Rome" have a special place, mixed with film history, art, and literature. And of course, food, new and iconic cafes, restaurants, and bar life also have a given place. The podcast focuses on the aspects of the city that often escape at first sight and urges listeners to stop and look at Rome with new eyes and discover everything in Rome - beyond the walls. The podcast is aired once a month. Hosts: Erik Ingvert and Marta Giovannetti Roma Oltre le Mura is a CapraBalodis production. For information or collaborations, please contact: ciao@caprabalodis.it
