He said he looked at himself as somebody who was successful because he had will over skill. He talks about reaching goals by replacing fear of failure with fear of missing an opportunity. He encourages you to go after your passion, never stop learning, and keep growing. As long as you do that, you will be able to achieve greater goals. Resources: Major Media League App Ruthie Bolton is a two-time Olympic Gold Medalist with USA Basketball, She was USA Basketball Female Athlete of the Year, and a two-time WNBA All-Star. Ruthie talks about her journey to becoming an Olympic Gold Medalist. She grew up in a family with 19 siblings, so there was always competition around her. Her older sister was a basketball star, and although Ruthie did not get recruited to play in college, she called up the Auburn coach and asked if she could be a part of the team where her sister played. They tried to discourage her and told her she would not play, but they allowed her to be a part of the team. She ended up starting her freshman year and eventually earned her way onto the USA Women's Basketball Team. She is known as Mighty Ruthie because she has a huge belief that anything is possible if you work hard enough. Her passion is to help others believe in their abilities and wants them to know that God has big plans for them. Brandon Puffer is an American former professional baseball pitcher. A relief pitcher, Puffer played in Major League Baseball (MLB) with the Houston Astros (2002–2003), San Diego Padres (2004), and San Francisco Giants (2005). Puffer was promoted to Boston and was in the Red Sox bullpen that night. Boston ultimately won the World Series championship that fall, and team owner John W. Henry decided championship rings would be given to any player that was on the Red Sox roster that year. Despite never having thrown a single pitch for the team, Puffer received a World Series ring.
