A psychological bias is like a mental shortcut or a pre-programmed response that our brain uses to help us make decisions faster. It's often based on our previous experiences, beliefs, and assumptions. Biases help us make sense of the world around us and respond quickly, especially when we have incomplete information, or when dealing with too much information to take everything in. It can be hugely beneficial to understand what type of trader you are. But if you are a new trader and don´t lack the awareness to truly understand your trader type yet, we can get to know ourselves by looking outside of trading. For example, by looking at your gamer type, we can pretty accurately estimate our personality type and identify our strengths and weaknesses.
