This week I am joined on the sofa with special guest Adam Sutton owner of Adam Sutton Estates, when I say this was the funniest episode we have ever recorded I don't mess, it was one of our longest recordings yet and when you listen you'll be able to see why! Adam talks about his property journey over the past 10 years, including his London life selling 5 million pound properties to celebs, the struggles of being accepted in the London crowd with a Scouse accent and the huge difference in selling properties in the north than south. As well as his return back home to Liverpool opening an estate agents the day of lockdown, the hell ordeal of the current housing boom and whether or not there will be a housing crash?.. this might come along with a few brown envelopes (ouch) If you want a laugh and also a lot of knowledge on property this is 100% the podcast for you.
