In 2018, Mike Rabil Co-Founded and became the Chief Executive Officer of the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL). And while the COVID pandemic wreaked havoc with the fledgling League, Mike took charge and with his financial partners, consolidated the sport by merging with the much older Major League Lacrosse (MLL) entity and brought all subsequent season operations and activities to formally exist under the PLL brand and org structure.
