On the other hand, in the United States, there is a more linear approach to developing athletes, with a clear pathway from school to college to professional. She also mentions that there are many similarities and differences between the two countries, and that she is working with other CEOs to learn about best practices in sports management and how to provide greater opportunities for talented athletes.

Hugh Massie, founder and chairman of DNA Behavior International, shares how his passion to help people with their stress and relationship to money led him to create a system that uncovers people's hardwired behaviors and helps bring alignment to their lives. He shares the importance of having a deep passion and purpose when embarking on a big journey and explains how he helps people get into personal alignment through the DNA natural behavior discovery process. He also discusses the creation of the system, which involves a unique scoring model and validation of core behavior and money insights, and how it has evolved over the years through working with clients and measuring new behaviors.

Regan Archibald shares his journey to becoming a naturopathic physician and acupuncturist. Regan explains that he was inspired to go into medicine because his uncle was a doctor, and he wanted to help people on a different level than herding cattle on her family's farm. He was misdiagnosed with Hashimoto's disease by five different doctors, but was eventually helped by a naturopathic physician and acupuncturist. This experience led him to study at an integrated medical school in Hawaii and eventually found EastWest Health 20 years ago. Regan also explains the concept of peptides and how they are like short messages that allow for communication and action to take place in the body. He describes how peptide therapy involves identifying deficiencies and interferences in a patient's body through comprehensive blood panels and using peptides to stabilize lab values and get to the root cause of health issues.

Eric Francom shares his unique career transition from being a dentist to an investor and wealth mentor. He talks about how he helps dentists and other professionals achieve the freedom he has been blessed to have by investing in private equity and venture capital companies, which are considered alternative investments. Francom explains that alternative investments are off-market investments outside of public stocks and bonds, such as venture capital, private equity, and real estate. He also shares that there are many articles on the subject available in publications such as Forbes and Entrepreneur. Additionally, Francom provides a platform called Infinite Freedom, where he helps accredited investors learn about and invest in alternative investments.
