Today’s podcast episode is all about what we can do as teacher mama’s when we feel like our future is uncertain and we feel a lack of control. Springtime brings (hopefully) a time when we find out our job assignments for the following school year. Most of us most likely hope we are staying in the same spot. But we also know that might not happen. I am in a season of uncertainty myself. I’m unsure what next school year will bring. And I am not a patient person. It is really hard for me to wait and see how things will turn out. It is also hard for me to just trust that everything will work out. Exercise helps you sleep. It gives us endorphins (the happy hormone) which also helps reduce stress. This is often a big reason why you can't fall asleep at night.
