On this weeks' episode, Kiera dives into the emotions that we may feel that we often push to the side in order to fit in with society and our friends. Because we push our true, sometimes difficult or hard to admit feelings to the side, we struggle to identify our true selves from the act we put on to be 'normal'. Kiera talks about her struggle with this recently, and talks through how she's coming back to her true self through journaling, therapy, confiding in a loved one, relying on the small everyday tasks that bring joy, and being patient with herself. Everyone's journey looks different, just as everyone's experiences are different. When we are able to really process and understand our emotions, we have the power to control our reactions to any curveball life may throw at us.
