For a couple weeks now I’ve wondered why my intuition had me leave my relationship. I've had big growth + transformation within, no doubt... Yet, it's largely felt like nothing is really happening in my life... Why did I leave then? What was the point of going through all of that? Should I just go back? A constant inner battle to keep holding the trust, but in this episode, I share what I've been learning along the way. Because it’s one thing to hold onto trust long enough to even be able to make the big decision you feel called to make… & it’s another thing to continue to hold the trust on the other side of that big decision, when it looks like you did a hard thing for no apparent reason. The first, & perhaps the most powerful initiation from my soul-led trip to Sierra Vista, AZ: There’s a very big difference between surrendering & trying to surrender. I've noticed that the more I rise in my frequency + level of consciousness, the more days I feel like I'm stuck in energetic density for no apparent reason... There aren't emotions that need to be expressed; I just feel like I'm in a funk" randomly. In today's episode, I share what I've learned about managing our frequency so we experience less density & feel better more often!

It's hilarious to now see the title of the last episode (it’s a good thing nothing is going as planned); I feel like it's a big fat wink from the Universe... because WTF my trip DID NOT go as expected. For the first 24 hours, all I kept thinking was "what did I get myself into..." It was a wild experience & I’m sharing the full story here! On that note, this episode is something new; I’ve noticed that I’m craving a new type of entertainment in my down time — something that’s entertaining but doesn’t mess with my frequency or level of consciousness — & I personally love hearing other peoples’ spiritual stories, so this episode is exactly that: the story of my trip!

As I'm getting ready to leave for my trip (the one that I booked within 15 minutes of seeing I had missed a call from a random number located in a town I had never heard of — more about that in the last episode!), I've realized that absolutely nothing in my life in the last few weeks has gone how I thought it would. & I have a feeling this trip will be more of the same... Maybe that's a good thing?

I went from seeing that I had a missed call from a number in a town I’ve never heard of, to following the pulls, signs + synchronicities & booking an Airbnb in that town. All within about 15 minutes.... Tune in for the full story!!

If you would’ve asked me 3 months ago if I trusted the Universe & surrendered to its plans, I would’ve said yes 100%; it’s the work I practice, preach & teach. Yet, there was one aspect of my life that was off limits: My relationship. Leaving my relationship wasn’t about “just trusting”; it was a process of making my most tender human parts feel like I wasn’t going to die if I actually did what I thought I couldn’t do. Leaving required a whole new level of trust + surrender that I didn’t even know was possible.

As with most things, I think that what we see on social media about “conscious uncoupling” makes it look light + fluffy… The truth is, even though you know it has to happen, it doesn’t make it easy to leave a partner/ relationship, especially to do so consciously. So I’m giving you what I wish I would've had during my conscious separation from my partner of 8.5 years: A a real look into what a conscious uncoupling actually looks like.

We’re entering a new chapter! After separating from my love of 8.5 years, everything has changed & is continuing to change. This was the one area of my life I kept off limits; I would follow my soul wherever it asked me to go, live by my intuition doing whatever it asked, except if it meant leaving my relationship. It was the one thing I reigned with free will. & now that I’ve left, I feel a merge within me; I am fully living my life tameless.
