We discuss creating better work environments, creating a culture to which everyone can succeed and some ways we can educate ourselves to be more inclusive to groups and communities not fully represented in golf.

Cam and myself will be running the Muskoka Region for the Assistants of Toronto and discuss what to expect in the upcoming meetings and when the first one is.
