The Kokoda Trek

Last week Pat took on the Kokoda Trail, a 150km trek through the Papua New Guinea jungle, replicating the Aussie diggers trek when fighting the Japanese in WW2. It finished with dawn service at the war cemetery in Papua New Guinea on Anzac Day. Tune in to hear all about it.

We haven’t put out a podcast for the last 2 months, and for good reason, we opened the new gym - The Hub. Trav and Pat take you through how the last month of the build went, both the good and the bad, and there was plenty of each. Also how the gym launch went - January 27, what a day it was. One of the biggest changes with The Hub was the introduction of ‘Refresh’ the recovery centre of Reborn.
