Throughout the month of October, we’ve pitched a stock a day in a 60-second video. We've compared it to a mini MBA in your pocket, or the Duolingo of stocks. Well, she was known for A LOT of things, but as female investors, the thing we’re most interested in was that she was the first woman ever to own a brokerage firm on Wall Street. She was also the leader of the women's suffrage movement, and was also allegedly the first woman to start a weekly newspaper.
