Today more and more federations are chipping into the natural side of the sport and I think it’s brilliant that natural bodybuilding is expanding! However, a lot of people are unclear of the rules into competing as a natural and it varies between federation to federation. In today’s episode I go through the rules of the main natural federations and shows available in the UK. I run through the banned substance list (https://www.wada-ama.org/en) and understanding the categories on the list as well as the 2 main drug testing methods; polygraph and the urine analysis test.
