On this episode I share some of my thoughts on struggling with anxiety throughout my life and what God has been teaching me about giving that anxiety to Him. There is so much that can be said about anxiety, the different kinds and causes and all the different tools that God provides to help us heal and give it to Him. When we choose to start moving towards healing it takes humility to give it all to Him, to do the hard work. There are many tools we can use to help heal trauma and anxiety. Counseling, therapy, nutrition, exercise, and at times, when necessary, medication. On this episode I focus on some of what the Bible says about anxiety and God’s compassion on us calling us to cast it all onto Him. I’ll dig into this a little bit more on next week’s episode.
