In this episode, I speak to my inner child Little Jay in a compassionate, loving, and vehemently emotional manner. This episode is a deep, emotional look into why I feel like an outsider, living without a sense of belonging. It is an intense 23 minutes of emotional liberation, pain, hurt, and the authentic truth. My life has not always been easy, and just like caterpillars before they become butterflies, we face obstacles, harm, heartache, and so much negativity in our lives. People trying to break us down, not wanting us to succeed. This episode is dedicated to all of those out there who feel like they don't belong, who feel depressed and just trying to survive in this difficult life, who feel lost and unappreciated, who feel like they're languishing. Episode Notes: My sporadic emotional sighs throughout the episode are from that pain that still resides in me, and the ones at the end are from the continuation of that feeling, being an outsider and knowing that my emotions will continue to rife.
