The Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) Program is a homelessness prevention and rapid re-housing program designed to assist Veteran families at risk of homelessness to maintain their housing and to rapidly re-house Veteran families who are experiencing homelessness. Services Offered* Case Management: A housing stability plan is developed with each client and may include: housing search, securing utilities, landlord mediation, budgeting, coordinating other services.
