Lachy and Squin are back to review round 3, but one of them reviewed the wrong competition! So they take a deeper dive into the Sydney Comets vs. Inner West Bulls game in the men's competition. Special guest this week their guest is a 6'2" shooting guard from Cleveland, Ohio who found his way to the Bankstown Bruins via Port Macquarie, it's Andre Wolford.

Round 2 of NBL1 East is done and dusted. It was a great mix of tight games, big blow-outs and high scores. We saw Manly-Waringah Sea Eagles play their first game of the season, but we still await the CoE. A very simple episode as the NBL1 East season for 2023 draws to a close. Lachy and Squin review each Grand Final game, discuss the upcoming NBL1 Nationals and upon the the MVP vs. All Star 5 decisions...

A HUGE episode to deconstruct the semi finals and to piece together the key players, statistics and strategies to help predict who will be the Champions of NBL1 East 2023. After analysing the semi finals and forecasting the grand finals, there is some discussion about the recently announced NBL1 East Awards and other ways the league has potential to grow. Joining Lachy and Squin this week is the truly legendary Matt McQuade, more currently known as the play-by-play commentator for the Inner West Bulls. Matt brings another layer of analysis to this episode and showcases his expertise as one would expect!

We made it to 20 episodes! This week Lachy and Squin discuss the results of the final round of the regular season, before discussing the elimination finals. They are then joined by an absolute sweet heart of NBL1 East, Shakera Reilly, as they talk about the Mustangs WBB season and touch on Shak's aspirations. The June long weekend was a break from NBL1 East on court, but not necessarily off court. Lachy and Squin took this opportunity to try and predict which men's teams will be making the Top 8 in the very first 'Finals Forecast' episode. With 3 teams fighting for places 5-8 and the constant changes in the ladder this season, you can imagine it will be hard to guarantee who will be the final 8. Unless you're BA CoE...

Lachy and Squin review Round 12 of NBL1 East 2023. New additions to the league stood out and some resident stars were missed. The race to the finals is still well and truly alive for most, with big changes seen again in ladders for both the men's and women's competitions.
