The biggest mistake that new business owners make is assuming that clients will come flocking in once you open your doors. Not that long ago you were able to place an ad in your local newspaper saying you are starting a new business and clients would show up. Why? because advertising was limited to a few places and most people got their information from those places. Those times are long gone. Today’s client is sophisticated, inundated with ads coming from all directions and overwhelmed with options.
