E13 Why am I so fu@king lonely

10/25/2023
In this fast paced, success-driven world, it’s easy to get lost in our own heads and then suddenly stop short and think fu@k I’m lonely. I don’t know about you but there always feels like there is a never-ending list of things to do, to conquer, to attend to, to deal with. The list goes on and on. When we get overly consumed like this, we can deprioritise our relationships. We can be distracted and it can affect our ability and inclination to connect with others. This disconnection can lead to loneliness. In this episode, Laurie and Lauren talk about how they sometimes feel lonely and disconnected. They open up about how they recognise it in themselves, what action they take to work through it, and remind themselves that wealth not only comes through achievements, but through the richness of connection with others.. E12 Declutter your life and mind

10/11/2023
Do you feel like you have too much stuff in your house, or even in your life? Does it sometimes feel like it’s bogging you down, holding you back? We recently met Decluttering and Organising coach, Lauren Winzar. When Lauren found herself in the unenviable position of needing to clear her mothers house out, though she was utterly exhausted, once she got back to her own home, she kept going. She became aware of how much emotion she held in things and how cathartic it was to release them. In the process, she caught a decluttering bug and once she’d done her own home, she started bugging her friends to do theirs too. From there, she turned it into a business. We had so many questions for Lauren that it got us thinking that you all might have some similar questions. We decided to book her in for a chat. Let us know if it encouraged you to do some decluttering yourself! BONUS Joleen Bingham on breaking barriers

8/9/2023
We got some great feedback on our recent chat with Joleen Bingham from the last episode. We had some more great audio with Joleen in our archives from a little while back, when we held a summit on Unleashing your Potential, so we wanted to share it with you. Joleen came from a family of teachers and followed in their footsteps. She never expected to be a business owner. When the opportunity to purchase a gym and get paid to work out presented itself to Joleen and her husband, they thought it sounded “fun”. They quickly found themselves in over their heads and didn’t know how to run, let alone grow, their business. Fast forward to now. She opened a successful second and third location, sold the first, and now owns eight rentals and primary homes across multiple states, all while being a parent of three. Joleen is one busy business woman and mumpreneur and almost every minute of her day is time blocked to allow her to manage it all. We learn how Joleen: > Sets boundaries > Establishes processes and systems equipping her employees to manage without her needing to be physically present > Builds her audience and engagement > Deals with external criticism and negativity > Developed a very specific avatar of the type of client she wanted to attract, reshaped the business, resulting in tripling her revenue > Believes it is important to fail sometimes Links Joleen website: www.joleenbingham.com Joleen Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/joleenbingham/ Asana work management tool: https://asana.com/ Notion project management tool: www.notion.so Motion - the one we use! usemotion.sjv.io/y2kBJD Love, Laurie, Lauren & Teegan xx ================= Sisterhood Collective Connect. E7 Finding your way back from overwhelm, with Joleen Bingham

8/2/2023
Do you struggle sometimes getting stuck in an overwhelmed state? Struggling to find your way forward and get out of a rut? I found myself in that very position just last week. In this episode I chat with Joleen Bingham. Joleen is a seriously impressive business woman, mother and wife. Juggling multiple businesses, three kids, and the commitments that come with all of that, she is not a stranger to the occasional sense of overwhelm. She’s also the most organised woman I know! We have a great discussion on how to refocus on yourself in those moments - how to find your pathway to happiness and joy through understanding what lights your fire. At the end of our chat, I offer up an exercise for you to do to help you self reflect and find your pathway back to happiness.
