Powerlifting unity. It has come a LONG way over the years. On this weeks episode we dove into some ongoing powerlifting current events. The main one being Article 14 in the IPF and how it is holding back true unity of the sport.

On this weeks episode of our meet director series, we had a TRUE living legend. Leonetta Richardson. Leo has been competing for 23 years and meet directing for 15 years. She takes us through the changes and growth of powerlifting in that time through her lens. You dont want to miss this one!

On this week's episode we have Heidi Dehnel. Heidi is our state chair for Alabama, Co-meet director for WRPF Southeast regionals, gym owner and founder of future is female account and podcast. Heidi takes us back to her early exposures of powerlifting in 2010 and the rise in strong influential female lifters. Into her becoming more involved with meet directing and most recently taking on the state chair position and co director of our sold our Southeastern regionals!

Sergio Luna has been in the game for a long time. We sat down with Sergio and hear about his first exposure to powerlifting in 2010, becoming president of his universities powerlifting club and later opening his gym, Surge to new levels and starting the Power Surge Pro/ Am Meet.

Phillip Herndon has a long resume of accomplishments in powerlifting mostly known for his massive squats with multiple ATWR's in sleeves, wraps, single ply and soon to be multi ply.

Justin Zottl is coming off a massive performance at The American Pro 2 solidifying the heaviest Canadian total of all time, and jumping into prep to return to Miami for the third year in a row for The Ghost Clash 3.

Lily Riley has had quite the journey. From competing at a high level in the Australia powerlifting scene, to then getting diagnosed with cancer in early 2020. She came back even stronger mentally and physically. Tune in to hear her story

On this weeks episode we have Angelina Bennett. Angelina has QUICKLY climbed the ranks in the Pro Powerlifting scene, placing second at last years Ghost Clash 2. Shes in prep for The Ghost Clash 3. After a few years strictly competing in wraps, shes returning to sleeves and looking to win.
