Tony has had struggles with weight all his life, as a young kid, as a high school wrestler, and as an adult. Tony was vegan for 2 years and realized that was not sustainable, he found the keto diet and then transitioned to a carnivore diet. He has worked to be a fat adapted endurance athlete and competed an Ironman in 2021 primarily on a carnivore diet.
