Overworked? Underpaid? There's a solution.

1/25/2024
Today's podcast is a little bit different. I want to talk about the two most common issues I hear about when I talk to lawyers, and issues I dealt with myself. The first is not having enough clients. You know what you're doing, you're good at what you do, and you enjoy the law. But there just aren't enough clients walking through the door. The second is kind of the opposite - you have too many clients. So many that they run you ragged. You feel like you just can't get ahead. You're swamped, your team is swamped, and you feel like there's nothing left to give. The solution to both these problems is actually more clients - even in the second case. But those clients need to be better. They need to be able to understand and afford the fees you deserve. And because of that, the solution to the problem of having too few clients, or too many of the wrong clients, lies in how you're marketing your practice.
