E28 Filmmaking with Heart: Rick Stanton on ‘Spectrum’ & Authentic Storytelling
2/2/2025
Watch Spectrum (short film) on this link https://youtu.be/C161TZHJIjE
In this episode of 360Timmy, Tim takes a scenic walk through the beautiful Crystal Palace Park with Rick Stanton, a self-shooting writer, director, and editor with over a decade of experience. Rick has worked with some of the world’s biggest brands, including Sony, Virgin Atlantic, Apple, Amazon, and Universal, while also creating award-winning films that tell impactful and authentic stories.
The conversation takes a personal turn as Rick opens up about Spectrum, his powerful and deeply meaningful film inspired by his brother Steve, who has autism. The film follows Steve’s journey as he navigates a world that often isolates him, showing how he redefines what it means to be a superhero with resilience, courage, and humanity.
What makes Spectrum truly unique is its authenticity. Rick worked with a cast of neurodivergent and autistic actors to ensure the story’s representation is real and heartfelt, and he was joined by BAFTA-winning actor Wunmi Mosaku (Loki, Black Mirror, Deadpool & Wolverine), whose performance adds even more depth to this transformative film. As they stroll through the park, Rick shares the inspiration behind Spectrum, the challenges of telling such a personal story, and the importance of representation in film.
He reflects on how his relationship with his brother shaped the narrative and gave him a unique perspective on resilience, identity, and acceptance. This heartfelt and inspiring conversation is a must-watch for anyone passionate about storytelling, filmmaking, and making a difference through creative work.

E26 Kevin Hilley veteran radio presenter on KAT Country 94.3, Jefferson City, Missouri
10/27/2024
Meet Kevin, the radio veteran who’s been waking folks up for nearly 40 years! He’s broadcast from stations all over the map—New Jersey (insert your favorite Sopranos joke), Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, New York, and beyond. But in 2002, he found his home in Mid-Missouri with his wife Donna and their three kids. Kevin is a die-hard Philadelphia Eagles fan—he bleeds green—and he’s just as passionate about his Phillies.
But there’s more to this guy than sports. He’s a total tech nerd, obsessed with anything computer-related, and yes, he’s even been to a couple of Star Trek conventions (which might explain why dating didn’t happen until college). These days, when he’s not on the air, Kevin’s chasing after his three grandsons, who keep him young and on his toes.
Oh, and let’s not forget Hamlet, his Min Pin/Min Dachshund mix, who adds plenty of chaos to the household. Whether it’s tech, sports, family, or his endless radio stories, Kevin’s got a lot to share. Hit that subscribe button to catch more!

E23 Kieran Osborne talks about entrepreneurship and the importance of estate management
7/28/2024
Tim talks to entrepreneur Kieran Osborne from his base in Ashford, Kent.
Kieran began his career as a Business Relationship Manager with Lloyds Bank, but in 2017 was made redundant.
He was headhunted by an accountancy firm to open a legal arm of their business and this triggered an interest in Estate Planning.
He began to think about the bigger picture and started looking more closely at the gap in the market. It was clear to him there was a need for proactive legacy planning; a need for someone who could really talk to people about what their hopes were for their loved ones after they have gone.
From there Kieran developed a group of brands within the estate planning space but also forged relationships with local charities.

11/9/2023
Evan has a unique story, at just the age of 17 he has experienced a lot of expeditions and adventures. All Boys are born with a love for adventure in them. If you look at history, it comes from a very distant relation to the smelly, dirty, sabertooth tiger-hunting, spear-wielding cave man, of which teen boys still mimic their unique language to this day made up of grunts and groans.
We may share a relation with these primitive humans and maybe some more than others, but Evan says he shares a bit more than a few genes with these hairy humans from the Stone Age. Evans's life has been full of peaks as high as Mount Everest and troughs as low as the depths of the ocean, a journey from struggles to strengths, negativity to positivity and from a downward dive to learning to thrive.
Evan talks to Tim about those peaks and troughs, a unique home-ed childhood education with the outdoors being the classroom, and how he wants to inspire others with positive mental health from being outdoors and being one with nature.
