Since retiring from the Navy after 38 years, Mike has worked with security and intelligence consulting companies, and continues to serve our nation in an advisory capacity. Brit fronted an otherwise “all-girl” band called “Id Life Crisis” around 2010 that performed in bars in NYC. One of the last songs he wrote and recorded with the band was “I Am a Rock Star.” It’s posted here because it’s about being a teenager playing simple songs on an acoustic guitar in the 80s in Haddon Township, and what we dreamed about for our futures.
