Pamela Langenderfer, a Naturopath physician and licensed Acupuncturist for fifteen years will be joining me today. I will open our sacred circle by playing beautiful bells in my prayer meditation for better awareness around health. Dr. Pam and I will share my eight-year unique journey through her functional holistic medicine. We used her educational resources with a holistic approach to heal, align and raise my Shamanic body, mind and spirit. This spiritual work has profound implications for the inner life of women. It increases female energy, the feminine essence and heightens self-esteem. This is transformative work of love that opens our hearts to re-remember our divinity. The ancient Grand Mothers dreamed these teachings into form so that we may deeply know our essence as women, our connection with mother earth and humanity. Welcome, I’m going live in my Medicine Room so please join me as I focus into the audience and draw cards with the Voyager Tarot Deck around journeying into the rhythm of the drum beat in your heart. Toby Chrisitensen, a Sonic Architect, will be joining us today. He will be drumming softly while I open our sacred circle to do a prayer meditation to the universal heart for more love and compassion. He will then take us on a drumming journey through the five elements and then share what showed up for all of us in the experience. We will also be discussing his journey into Africa to study with the indigenous people, ritual and sound attunement.
