Should you CLAW your way into the theaters to see this movie? Oh man…(facepalm)…I’m so sorry for that one. Find out what the fellas thought of Marvel’s new entry into their cinematic universe, Black Panther.
“After the death of his father, T’Challa returns home to the African nation of Wakanda to take his rightful place as king. When a powerful enemy suddenly reappears, T’Challa’s mettle as king — and as Black Panther — gets tested when he’s drawn into a conflict that puts the fate of...

Oddly enough, The Crew veers slightly closer into “uncharted territory” of Government news. Sprinkled in are some known (and conspiracy theory’ish) facts about modern-day diets and food.
SEE!!! The guys play it completely safe by discussing uncontroversial topics like government and diets! Right?!?! (crickets)

While waiting around for Bo to hop off a conference call, the guest microphone was hijacked by Mark…one of the amazing (and talkative) employees of Thou Mayest Coffee Roasters.
The Crew had the chance to sit down and talk with Bo Nelson, Roaster and co-founder of Thou Mayest. Thou Mayest is far from your stereotypical coffee shop. Within minutes of walking into the store, you’ll pick up on an atmosphere like no other. From the quality coffee to the unique aesthetic, to the demeanor of the...

When it comes to home renovation, there’s little-to-nothing that Tamara Day isn’t familiar with. Construction, renovation, and design are elements that are practically built into her DNA. So it’s no surprise that when the idea of Tamara starring in a home reno show, based in KC, was presented to the DIY Network…they ran with it!
In this episode, The Crew had the chance to sit down with Tamara and discuss her history with construction and design. She also talks about some of the...
The ladies of Olivia Fox describe their music as a mix of folk with elements of pop and synth beats. While there’s definitely a familiar element to their sound…there’s also something remarkable and uniquely specific all their own. The music trio consists of Lauren Flynn, Tiffany Smith, and Aubrey Callahan.
In this episode, Olivia Fox was kind enough to come out to the studio, hang with The Crew, and even play a couple acoustic songs (1:23:15) They discuss the band’s history, their...
The Crew decides to tell some of the worst dad jokes they’ve come across. While most are just plain dumb (even for them), some they just can’t help but laugh. Oh, and fair warning…you may get squeamish from the amount of singing in this one.
And to top it off, there’s an in-depth (nerdy) Star Wars discussion. We’re so CLOSE to Episode 8, they can’t help it!!!
Don’t forget you can find all the Can City swag at www.cancitystore.com AND now get your own RocketBook at...
There’s a saying that roughly goes…”An entrepreneur is someone who jumps from a plane without a parachute and figures out how to build one on the way down”
Starting a business is no easy task, and when you have an idea to create something as unique as the Doughnut Lounge, you’re definitely going to have an uphill battle right from the start. Every business owner will admit that there’s hills and valleys, good times and rough times…but they’ll tend to romanticize the journey. Jake Randall...
The Crew checked out an early screening of “Justice League” directed by Zack Snyder (and Joss Whedon). Is the film a solid entry into the DC movie universe? Or is it a heaping pile of Kryptonite?
Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy.
