Melissa is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon and focuses on technologies to make our grid smarter. We discuss her dissertation on coal, and how the price of green house gas emissions will make the timeline of our dependence on coal much shorter. Finally, Joseph discusses a recent Maryland law which gives multiple options to homebuyers about charging infrastructure.
