Iran is activating its doomsday weapon: an economic war and severe damage to oil exports from the Gulf, which account for about 20% of global oil, by moving to block the Strait of Hormuz and paralyzing oil exports. During the wave of attacks in Tehran, a historic milestone was recorded in combat aviation: an 'Adir' F-35 aircraft of the Israeli Air Force shot down an Iranian fighter jet model 'Yak-130'. This is the first time in the world that a 'F-35' has shot down a manned fighter jet and the first shootdown in the Air Force in the past forty years. Reserve Lt.-Col. Danny Grossman, a former IAF F-4 navigator who was decorated for a mission involving the downing of an Iraqi fighter, said that it was the dream of every fighter pilot.
