Monira teaches from Ephesians 5 about a new way to be Human and invites us all into a process of change and transformation. In this passage Paul clearly and without compromise outlines what the deeds of a dark life that are based on false narratives look like. Monira encourages us to allow spiritual disciplines to uncover the darkness in our lives and walk toward the light and forgiveness of Christ.

The second half of Ephesians tell us how we are to live out our identity in Christ. In this message, Darrell exhorts us from the passage of Ephesians 3:17-32 to take off our grave clothes and put on our grace clothes. He shows us how Paul discloses the way to live with overcoming power.

With his usual profound humor, Casey highlights the exhortation of this Ephesian’s passage, “Live worthy of your calling.” There is work we need to do to step into the life Christ has for us. To be serious about our walk with Christ means to stay in fellowship and ruthlessly eliminate the things in our life that separate us from our calling.

Paul opens up this Ephesians 2 passage by calling upon the Gentiles to remember that they were once outside the community of Christ. Much like the Gentiles most of us have experienced a time of feeling on the “outside.” But God’s heart has always been to reach everyone, whether Jew or Gentile, inside or out.

In this message, Jacob summarizes Ephesians 1:3-14. While we are all subject to the labels that life puts on us, the most important label for the believer is “REDEEMED."

As we wait for the Lord’s second advent (His return), we best find instruction for an overcoming life in the main and plain of God’s Word. It is in meditating on every word and promise of God that we learn to take every thought captive to the truth. This is how we give expression to the new life that is ours in Christ.

God’s love often exposes the places where we hide and calls us out to be vulnerable and ready for growth. In this place, we become focused on giving as opposed to getting. This sacrificial love is the best gift we have to offer.

God opened heaven and came to the lowly shepherds, revealing His salvation in a manger. In the same way, God comes to each of us regardless of our station in life, and the revelation of His grace produces great joy. In this message, Darrell exhorts us to make this joy a lifestyle through all the challenges that come our way. So, He fills us with the joy of His presence.

God's invitation to peace shows us a different way to live. It requires us to trust and walk in the peace that comes from knowing Jesus. The question is, “Will we accept this invitation?"

Simeon was given hope that he would see the salvation of God before He died. He realized this hope as he held the baby Jesus in the temple. In this message, Darrell encourages each of us to consider what promise God has given us and the corresponding hope He is inviting us into. This hope never disappoints.

Darrell shares with us in this message the indispensable role of the community of faith for the individual believer. It is this CHURCH that moves with compassion in the name of Jesus when need arises. As they do this, people are blessed, chains are broken and hope rises out of ashes.

In considering generosity and thankfulness, Jacob suggests in this message that we must wrestle with risk in our call to follow Jesus. He explores the unbelief and fear that can surface as we step into the unknown and take seriously the call to be thankful and generous.

The work of Christ on the cross and His forgiveness produces a thankful heart. It also produces a generosity that is “pressed down and running over.” Darrell reminds us in this message that the person characterized by generosity and thankfulness will find his life enriched and overflowing with blessing.

Darrell exhorts us to live a generous life free of judgement and one that builds community. It is in journeying together, that we access the freedom of the cross and freedom from fear. Life together in Jesus transforms.

Darrell’s message describes the generous fruit that comes from a truly Christ-centered community. Out of their common life together, the transforming life of Jesus was seen and multiplied fruit built the Kingdom of God.

Daniel begins this message with a reference to a book entitled, Epoch, by John Eldredge. Here he underscores a theme from the Lord of the Rings where the hobbit, Sam, reflects on the great difficulties of his journey. As he does Sam asks the question, “I wonder what sort of tale we’ve fallen into?” For each of us this same question sometimes leads us to something of an identity crisis. As we reflect on the story of our lives, we might find ourselves struggling to find out who we are. In this message, Daniel takes a look at the “tale we’ve fallen into” and the life-changing, Biblical account of who we are in it.

Romans 8:38-39 tells us that nothing can separate us from the love of God. In this message, Daniel demonstrates how this unconditional love stands in stark contrast to the narrative we see played out in the world around us. The power of this kind of love sets people free and transforms lives.
