this week was filled with not-so-great news, specifically the weaponized assault of 16-year-old Ralph Yarl, who was just attempting to pick his siblings up after school and knocked on the wrong door, accidentally having the wrong street. this episode goes into what triggers are these days, how to recognize them, and what to do to care for your mind in a world full of them, including how to be considerate of your neighbor and theirs. if you/your community has recently been negatively affected or suffered loss/terror/etc, i stand with you. let's be better humans, together.
