As the sun starts to set on Sunday evening, many people start to experience a range of emotions as they begin to imagine what it will feel like to enter the work week or the school week. This is commonly known as the “Sunday Scaries” and our club is on a mission to make Sunday nights inspiring and uplifting for our club members. Our Mission: Provide a place where people of all ages can prevent feelings of worry, anxiety and stress from creeping into their lives on Sunday nights. We help people end their weekend and begin their week feeling inspired and connected. Every Sunday community members can watch the live zoom with an inspirational and fascinating speaker. Then, the following Sunday, the zoom from the previous week will be released as a podcast so families and individuals can listen to the club recording if they cannot attend the live meeting.
